PRODUCTION PROCESS

      The production process of PET bottles or jars…etc consists of following stages.
PET moisture is removed by a dehumidifier before processing,
Dried PET pellets are pressed and melted by a rotation screw in the injection machine,
Melted PET is injected into the preform mold and test tube like intermediate goods performs are produced (The preform
weight and shape must designed according to the requested bottle or jar's shape and volume),
Preform is heated and stretched by a pin and then blew by the air pressure and take the shape of the blowing mold that
designed according to the customer request.
PET bottles, jars…etc could be produced by two step method which uses independent machines (injection machine &
blowing machine) perform these stages separately or one machine (single stage machine) which perform these stages by
order. Single stage machines firstly produce the preforms and take them to the blowing unit which exist in the same
production line and get the final product bottles and jars.
